Great location and exceptional service. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. the hotel offered a warm and inviting atmosphere, providing a cozy ambiance for a romantic escape.

The room rates were overpriced for the value delivered. Despite the prime location, the overall experience did not justify the cost.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

I use Inter Continental during my frequent visit to Europe and the States. Staff at the Reception - Excellent with their own reception and services. Room Service is also excellent. Restaurant staff very cooperative, cordial and provide quick service. Myself and wife will not forget the friendly smile of the staff and look forward to be with you again in the near future.

The room size was ok. The restaurant is providing fine dinning.

I requested a late check out . The management was unable to extend it byond 12 noon although I was told it would be possible to get late checkout when I checked in. I had to pay extra night to stay up to 7 P.M.

The concierge provided excellent service and the hotel exceeded all expectations, making our stay enjoyable.

The lobby is too small and there was no place to have a one to one meeting.

The location of this venue is fantastic, with Palais de Tokyo right next door and Georges V Tube Station just a 5-minute walk away, making it convenient for all your holiday needs - we were impressed with the friendly staff as well.

Excellent location near Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Clean and comfortable room with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Alexandre. Good value for money with complimentary Evian water and Nespresso coffee

Nothing that I didn't like

yes the breakfast was poor i asked for vegtabels omlette they only had tomatoes and potatoes as veg.no mushrom or peppers not even onion.the hony and jam is poor quality and it was in bowel that everybody shared no indivegal packing.

I could not rate this hotel highly enough. The staff did everything to make sure that our stay was perfect, and catered to our every need. The room was beautiful, with plush fixtures and fittings.

The hotel was the perfect base for our city break with lots of key attractions within walking distance. The staff were amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, even giving us some local tips on where to eat. We loved the little touches like the Nespresso machine in the room and the free 4G phone that we could use to navigate around the city.

The breakfast was average and could have had more variety. The room was somewhat small, but still comfortable and clean.
